Overview
At Synth AI, we are committed to providing a high-quality AI creative platform. Because our service involves the consumption of computational resources at the time of each generation, all credit package purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will always aim to be fair.
Credit Packages
Synth AI operates on a credit package system. When you purchase a credit package, credits are added to your account immediately and are available to use for the duration of the package's validity period. Credits are consumed each time you generate content on the platform. We recommend choosing a package that matches your expected usage. If you are unsure, start with a smaller package and upgrade as needed.
Unused Credits
Credits that remain unused after the validity period expires are not eligible for a refund or extension. We recommend reviewing your credit balance before purchasing a new package to ensure you are selecting the right amount for your needs.
Exceptions — When We Will Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances: if you were charged twice for the same purchase due to a technical error, or if a critical platform failure on our end prevented you from using any features at all after your purchase. In these cases, please contact us at synthai@synthiclabs.com within 7 days of the charge with your payment details and a description of the issue.
No Refunds for Generation Results
We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs. The quality and style of AI-generated content can vary, and results depend on the inputs you provide. We encourage you to explore our demo content and start with a Starter or Creator package to evaluate the platform before purchasing a larger package.
Fraudulent or Disputed Charges
If you believe you have been charged fraudulently or without authorization, please contact us immediately at synthai@synthiclabs.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension pending investigation.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under our eligible exceptions, please email us at synthai@synthiclabs.com with the subject line "Refund Request", your registered email address, the date of the charge, the amount, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Synth AI after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
