Refund Policy

Overview

At Synth AI, we are committed to providing a high-quality AI creative platform. Because our service involves the consumption of computational resources at the time of each generation, all purchases — including subscription plans and credit top-ups — are generally non-refundable. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will always aim to be fair.

Subscription Plans

All subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you gain immediate access to the platform's features and generation credits for that billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your profile — no questions asked. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged from the next billing cycle, and you will continue to have full access to all features and your generations for the remainder of the current billing period. The amount paid for the current period is non-refundable.

Unused Credits

Credits that remain unused at the end of a billing cycle do not carry over to the next period and are not eligible for a refund. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your expected usage. If you are unsure, start with a lower tier and upgrade as needed.

Exceptions — When We Will Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances: if you were charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical error, if your account was charged after a cancellation was confirmed by us, or if a critical platform failure on our end prevented you from using any features at all during your billing period. In these cases, please contact us at synthai@synthiclabs.com within 7 days of the charge with your payment details and a description of the issue.

No Refunds for Generation Results

We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs. The quality and style of AI-generated content can vary, and results depend on the inputs and prompts you provide. We encourage you to explore our demo content and start with a Starter or Creator plan to evaluate the platform before upgrading to a Pro or Business plan.

Fraudulent or Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been charged fraudulently or without authorization, please contact us immediately at synthai@synthiclabs.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension pending investigation.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our eligible exceptions, please email us at synthai@synthiclabs.com with the subject line "Refund Request", your registered email address, the date of the charge, the amount, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Synth AI after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
