Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Synth AI and any of its tools and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paid subscribers.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Synth AI. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using Synth AI on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at synthai@synthiclabs.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Synth AI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
Permitted Use
Synth AI is intended for lawful creative and commercial purposes. You may use our platform to generate AI influencer content, product imagery, UGC ads, and influencer videos for personal or business use. You agree not to use Synth AI for any purpose that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates the rights of any third party.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Synth AI to generate content that is sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful. You may not create deepfakes or synthetic media that impersonates real individuals without their documented consent. You may not use our platform to spread misinformation, engage in fraud, violate intellectual property rights, or circumvent any safety measures we have put in place. To enforce these restrictions, all generation requests are automatically screened by our safety filters before any output is produced. Content that violates these filters will be blocked. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
Synthetic Content & AI Disclosure
All content generated through Synth AI is produced by artificial intelligence and is labelled as such in compliance with the EU AI Act (Article 50) and India IT Rules 2026. You are solely responsible for how you use, distribute, and publish AI-generated content. Synth AI is not responsible for any consequences, claims, or damages arising from the content you generate or the way you use it. You must not present AI-generated content as real or human-created in a deceptive manner. Synth AI embeds provenance metadata in generated outputs to maintain traceability.
User-Uploaded Content
When you upload images, audio, or other content to Synth AI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your generation request. Reference files you upload are permanently deleted immediately after your generation is complete. Generated outputs are stored securely in your account and are accessible through your profile. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you upload.
Digital Likeness & Third-Party Consent
If you upload an image or likeness of a real person other than yourself, you are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining their documented consent. Synth AI does not verify consent on your behalf. Any claim, liability, or dispute arising from the use of another person's likeness without consent is your sole responsibility. We reserve the right to remove any content reported as non-consensual immediately upon a valid report.
Intellectual Property
Synth AI and all its underlying technology, branding, and software are owned by Synthic Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The AI-generated outputs you create using our platform are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Synth AI platform without our written permission.
Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in prohibited use, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your generated content may no longer be accessible.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Synth AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the generated outputs will meet your specific requirements. By choosing to use Synth AI, you accept full responsibility for your use of the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synth AI and Synthic Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to any claims arising from content you generate, upload, distribute, or publish using our tools. Synth AI is a generation tool and bears no responsibility for how outputs are used after they leave our platform. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim of any kind resulting from your use or misuse of the platform or its generated content.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Synth AI, Synthic Labs, and its founder, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses — including legal fees — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, the content you generate or upload, your violation of these Terms of Service, your violation of any third-party rights including intellectual property or privacy rights, or your use of any AI-generated output in a manner that causes harm to any individual or entity. This obligation survives the termination of your account.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If you are accessing Synth AI from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice on our platform. Continued use of Synth AI after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
